• 1 lb. baby spinach: wash, remove most of stem, and chill
• 1 quart strawberries: wash, slice, and chill

In a blender, mix the following:

• 1/3 C sugar
• 1 ½ tablespoons onion, minced
• ¼ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
• ¼ tsp. paprika
• ¼ C cider vinegar

Pour this mixture into a bowl and chill.

Just before serving, whisk in the following:

• ½ C. vegetable oil
• 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
• 1 tablespoon poppy seeds

Toss the spinach and berries and dressing at the last minute and serve.
